Oracle Cloud上のRDBMSの設定

以前Oracle Cloud上のVMをウェブサーバにし、RDBMSもインストールしましたが、
そのRDBMSの設定とデータベースの設定を行います。
なおここでの設定はあくまで例にすぎませんのであしからず。
また便宜上VMのホスト名は"o1"と表し、
プロンプトにもそれを反映しておきます。
それからデータベースの名前等には"health"を用い、
血圧(最高・最低)と心拍数を記録するようなデータ構成にします。
以下を実行します。

o1$ sudo su - postgres

この後、ウェブアプリをすでにインストール済みの
PHPで作成すればいいのですが、

o1# cd /var/www/html/
o1# chown www-data:www-data -R health

のようにパーミッション設定をすべきなので忘れないように。
